training of security guards. The Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005

agencies. To protect against antinational/antisocial elements in the private
security business, government has regulated operation and formation of agencies
through Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005, as it is a concern of
national security.

list of Constitution. Hence, the concerned state government where private

their operations and formulate rules. No private security agency or person can
